Bitget holds VASP registrations in several European countries, including Italy (OAM) and Lithuania, and in 2025 obtained an exchange and custody licence in Georgia's Tbilisi Free Zone. It does not yet hold a tier-1 licence such as MiCA at the time of writing. It maintains a user Protection Fund and publishes Proof of Reserves.
Base spot fees are 0.1%, with a 20% discount when paying in BGB. Perpetual futures, trading bots, demo trading, Bitget Wallet and earn products are offered.
Funding is via crypto, cards and P2P. Bitget does not accept residents of Iran.
