Full review
MEXC launched in 2018 and its main entity is registered in Seychelles. It became popular through rapid listing of new tokens and very low fees.
MEXC does not hold tier-1 or well-known regional licences, and some regulators in Europe and Asia have issued warnings about unlicensed activity. There have also been user reports of accounts frozen during risk reviews; these factors weigh on trust.
Spot fees are 0% maker and 0.05% taker, and futures are 0% / 0.02%. Over 3,000 tokens are listed, with futures up to 500x and copy trading. The large number of small-cap tokens carries high risk.
Funding is mainly via crypto, plus cards and P2P. MEXC's terms restrict sanctioned countries including Iran.
