Full review
Wallex began operating in 2019 and was registered as a private joint-stock company in 2021. It is based in Tehran and is one of the most widely used domestic exchanges.
Like other Iranian exchanges it holds no international licence and serves only KYC-verified Iranian users, operating under domestic rules via the Iranian banking network; changes in domestic regulation can affect funding services.
Spot trading uses tiered fees (roughly 0.10%–0.35% by 30-day volume), alongside an instant buy/sell service. Margin up to 10x, staking (including gold tokens), an internal wallet and trading bots are offered, with around 150 supported assets.
Toman deposits use Shetab cards, bank transfer and Paya, and Android/iOS apps are available. Support is fully in Persian.
